To join the HFA and reap its benefits, simply download the HFA Membership Application (found here) and a Pedigree Chart (found here ) and send both, along with a check for your annual membership dues to the HFA Membership Secretary at the address on the application form.

Renewing members can download the HFA Membership Renewal form (found here ), fill it out, and send it along with a check to the address on the form.

The membership application form is in Microsoft Word format.  A MS Word-compatible word processor is necessary to complete it, such as Microsoft Word or the free and open source OpenOffice.org .  The Pedigree Chart is in Adobe Acrobat format and requires an Acrobat reader program such as the free Adobe Reader.
