The annual membership meetings of the Association are held the last Friday and Saturday in July. Meeting sites are throughout the United States thanks to the generosity of our members who volunteer to serve as hosts for the conference, generally in their residential area. In addition to the normal membership meeting, inauguration of officers, genealogical and historical related workshops, lectures, and research are conducted. The HFA genealogical database is available for member research throughout the conference.
